Section 63
Delegation of authority
(1) The board may delegate some of the powers granted to the board in accordance with this act or the regulations made under this act to the secretary of the ministry, the director general of the department or the official gazetted employee of the Government of Nepal or the provincial government or the local level as required.
(2) Some of the powers granted to the department in accordance with this Act or the regulations made under this Act may be delegated to the gazetted employees of the Government of Nepal as required.
